Sundance Builders’ founder, Tom Frank, had a vision of a company that was founded on moral principles, honesty, and integrity. Throughout his 20 years of guidance, we were able to fine tune and define our “Why” in a clear and concise manner. So, what does our “Why” mean? It means that above anything else, we value being responsible for our words and actions, being courageous enough to always do what’s right, and treating everyone we interact with the same way we would treat our friends and family. Through these actions we can achieve a level of individual and corporate greatness that most people only hope for.
